Chubby Chipmunk Hand Dipped Chocolates makes a guest appearance at the 63rd annual Grammy Awards

RAPID CITY, S.D. — Chubby Chipmunk of the Black Hills is no stranger to having its chocolates and treats at awards shows.

Last night was no different, as the company was featured at the Grammy Awards.

Chubby Chipmunk opened in 2005 and has been featured in magazines and on T.V. This is the second time Chubby Chipmunk’s products were featured at the Grammys. They have also been at the Oscars and the Screen Actors Guild awards.

At last night’s Grammys, each nominee was given a truffle box containing some of Chubby Chipmunk’s most popular flavors, such as key lime and chipmunk treasure.

Diana Huber, an employee at Chubby Chipmunk, said, “It’s a box that opens up and there’s like a little cover in there that tells how the Chubby Chipmunk got started. It names all the flavors and then Chip put in her favorite.”

Chubby Chipmunk says they see visitors from all over the country, and word of mouth has been a major factor in getting into the awards shows.
