RAPID CITY, S.D. – Rapid City has now completely closed the West Boulevard waste and recycle assortment site, and the Solid Waste Division now focusing its efforts on the Fitzgerald Stadium site and the Rapid City Landfill.

The closure comes as a response to excessive quantities of unlawful dumping of huge gadgets resembling furnishings and home equipment. City officers are at the moment scoping out places to interchange the closed site.
