Well folks, congratulations, we have made it to the weekend! Go ahead and pat yourself on the back to celebrate.
RECORD BROKEN: We broke an 82 Year Old Record on Thursday. The old record high was 88 degrees, and we made it up to 93 degrees. Today will definitely be a different story as we’ll see highs in the Mid 70’s.
TODAY: Increasing Clouds will be the main contender. The wind will start to pick up again, only to die down by the evening hours. Highs will be in the 70’s, some places will see temps in the Upper 70’s – Low 80’s. I am going with 75 here in Rapid City.
TONIGHT: The clouds will really start to pick up. I am going with the Double Nickels (AKA 55 Degrees) here in Rapid City. Overnight lows for the Black Hills area will be in the Upper 40’s – Low 50’s as well.
There you have it! Mother Nature received the memo that Fall is here! Our average high is 71 degrees, and we’ll stay below normal for the foreseeable future. Fall is here!
