RAPID CITY, S.D. — COVID-19 shut down gyms and pools as there was a need to social distance. But they are beginning to open again, with some restrictions. The Roosevelt Swim Center land exercises are set to begin Monday, September 21, but will not open for water classes until September 28. The center is requiring online reservations as space cannot be guaranteed, with a sixty-four person limit. Registration is currently opened for land workout classes, and water class registration will open September 25. More
